Dan Woody

Elder

Pastor Dan Woody is a founding elder for Koinonia. He has been serving churches as a pastor for the past 13 years.  He and his wife Peggy are the parents of two sons, Chris and Jonathan, and have two grand-children.  Pastor Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and an Associates degree in Nursing. His interests include music, and most outdoor sports like golf, hiking, tennis and fishing.

Mark Brenon

Elder

Pastor Mark Brenon is the husband of his wife Terri and the father of 4 blessings from God, including one of whom came via Chinese adoption. Originally coming from Syracuse, New York, Mark and his wife homeschool their children in Magnolia, TX. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. He also has worked alongside Christian leaders John Stonestreet and Chuck Colson to earn a Centurion Diploma from the Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview. Ordained in 2007, Mark is not only a bi-vocational Pastor, but he sits on the board of directors and board of faculty in a small Great Books and Bible college, named John Witherspoon College.  He is a frequent conference speaker, speaking at events such as TEA Party events, home school conferences, high school and college graduations, Patriot Academy, and sundry business conferences. Mark has also participated in theological debates on Fox News and the Bob Siegel show. For recreation, Mark loves doing anything with his family. In particular, they enjoy sports and games of all kinds.
